Details were only just emerging, but they confirmed what Litan and other observers have said: Retail breaches are the fraud du jour, and similar stories will be breaking in the weeks ahead.

In a video interview recorded at RSA 2014, Litan discusses:

  • How the fraudsters are upping their game;
  • Gaps between the attackers and defenders;
  • Fraud trends that are most likely to unfold over 2014.
