Motorola Mobility CISO on Why Innovation Is Key to Staying Ahead of Attackers
CISO Richard Rushing of Motorola Mobility says that open-mindedness, innovation and a desire to learn are essential qualities for CISOs in order to build dynamic defense strategies to stay ahead of the attackers.

Rushing advises security leaders to "learn as many things as possible" and not gravitate to one solution, product or platform. "Keep refining the process. If you stop innovating, you're going to get hit," he says.
