Dir. of Technology Strategy - Worldwide Health Industry, Microsoft

Sistla brings over 20 years of industry experience to her role as the Director of Technology Strategy and Health-CISO for Worldwide Health at Microsoft Corp. She has two key responsibilities. First, helping health customer and partners worldwide address privacy, security (including cyber security) and regulatory compliance requirements on the Microsoft platform. The second is representing Microsoft at interoperability standards development organizations like HL7 and IHE. Both responsibilities are focused to help drive innovation in health by translating market needs to influencing product road maps and platform enablers. Sistla is responsible for guiding the evolution of a growing ecosystem of enterprise solutions spanning a wide range of integrated health management systems, cloud, mobile, IoT, and service lifecycle management/delivery in collaboration with customers, partners, industry organizations, and Microsoft product groups. Prior to joining Microsoft Corp in 2000, she held various technology roles with large ISVs, including Oracle Corp and McKesson (HBOC).
