With more than 18 years of experience in IT security, he has been instrumental in the planning, implementation, support, and success of broad corporate security and IT initiatives with both enterprise and SMB organizations. Over the past eight years, Phillips has focused on the ever-evolving data protection and encryption space, helping businesses of all sizes protect their critical data and exceed compliance regulations globally. He has guided the Sophos North American sales team by providing customers with guidance on protecting their data. He is recognized as a leader in the data protection and compliance space.
